Chelsea is a neighborhood located on the West Shore of Staten Island, New York City, United States. It is located west of the West Shore Expressway. It is mainly industrial and is served by the West Shore Branch of the Staten Island Railway. It is the site of Staten Island's West Shore Plaza and the MTA's Meredith Avenue bus depot.
